Who we are
Way Education advises students from India, and their families, on planning university study abroad. This website is ours, and in these terms "we", "us", and "our" mean Way Education. "You" means anyone using the site.
Legal
These terms cover this website and the guidance published on it. The short version: read what is here, then confirm anything time-sensitive with the university or the immigration authority before you act on it.

Way Education advises students from India, and their families, on planning university study abroad. This website is ours, and in these terms "we", "us", and "our" mean Way Education. "You" means anyone using the site.
02
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They apply to every page here, including the destination pages, the service pages, and anything we publish later. They do not replace a written agreement signed with us for advisory work; where the two differ, that signed agreement governs the work it covers.
03
Everything published here is general information for planning purposes. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, or tax advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances until we have spoken to you about them.
Immigration rules, application fees, entry requirements, English language thresholds, tuition costs, and university deadlines all change, sometimes more than once a year and sometimes at short notice. We write carefully and update pages when things move, but a page can be out of date between the day a rule changes and the day we catch it.
Before you act on anything time-sensitive, confirm it at the source: the university's own admissions pages, the official government immigration site for that country, or the funding body running the scholarship. If what you find there differs from what you read here, the official source is right and we would be glad to be told.
04
We help you prepare and apply. We do not decide the result, and nobody honest in this industry can.
Admission is decided by the university. Scholarships are decided by the body funding them. A study visa is decided by the immigration authority of the country you are travelling to, and it can be refused for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the application. Nothing on this site, and nothing said by anyone working for us, is a promise or guarantee of a place, an award, a visa, a particular ranking of university, a graduate job, or permission to stay after study.
If any adviser anywhere offers you a guaranteed admission or a guaranteed visa, treat it as a reason to walk away.
05
Sending an enquiry, or having a first conversation with us, does not create a contract for services and does not oblige either of us to go further.
Where you decide to engage us, the scope of work, what it costs, what we need from you, and how either side can end it are set out in a separate written agreement. Those commercial terms are not on this page and are not published on the site. You can see the range of work we do on the study abroad services pages.
06
Use the site for your own planning, or your family's, or your students' if you work at a school. Beyond that, please do not do any of the following.
07
The text, structure, design, logo, and photography on this site are owned by Way Education or used under licence. Our name and logo are ours.
You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own planning, and share a link with your family, your school, or a friend. Quoting a short passage with a credit and a link back is fine. Republishing our pages, in whole or in substance, or presenting our material as your own or your agency's, is not.
08
We link to universities, government immigration pages, funding bodies, and test providers because that is where the authoritative answer lives. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their accuracy, and a link is not an endorsement of the organisation behind it.
Once you follow a link away from here, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply to you.
09
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any particular page will stay where it is. We may change, move, or withdraw content without notice, and we may take the site down for maintenance.
10
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer through relying on general information published on this site, including a missed deadline, a rejected application, a refused visa, a lost fee, or a change of plan, where you have not confirmed the position with the official source or engaged us to advise on your circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where we have been engaged under a signed agreement, the liability terms in that agreement apply to that work.
11
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy notice. What this site stores on your device is set out in our cookies policy. Both form part of these terms.
12
We may revise these terms. The version on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth a look if you visit us regularly.
13
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in another country where that is necessary to protect our intellectual property.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
14
Questions about these terms, or a notice you need to send us, go to [email protected]. Our office addresses are on the contact us page.
If something here is wrong
Rules move faster than pages do. If you find a fee, a deadline, or a requirement on this site that no longer matches the official source, send it over and we will correct it.
